Welcome to RugbyLive24 (the “Service”). The Service includes the Rugbylive24 website (“Website”), the rugbylive24 application (“App”) and the Rugbylive24 on-demand and live video content service provided through the Website and on the Rugbylive24 App, including all features and functionality, recommendations, reviews and user interfaces, as may be made available from time to time.
The Service is operated and provided to you by Rugbylive24, registered in England with company number 11391416 whose registered office is at SportsTribal Ltd, Oriel House, 26 The Quadrant, Richmond, Surrey, TW9 1DL, United Kingdom. Please read these terms (the “Terms & Conditions”) before accessing, installing or using the Service. They set out the agreement for your access to and use of the Service. By accessing, installing or using the Service you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree to them, please don’t use the Service.
1. Access to the Service
1.1 By accessing, using or installing the Service, you will be able to access and view content, which may include videos, programmes, live streams, linear channels, music, games, graphics, text, sounds, images and photographs (“Rugbylive24 Content”), on the terms and conditions set out in these Terms & Conditions.
1.2 The Rugbylive24 Content on the Service will change regularly meaning some events, programmes and channels etc. may become available whilst other events, programmes and channels etc. will stop being available. See section 5 for more details.
1.3 You may be able to access and view some rugbylive24 Content for free as an unregistered guest, but some rugbylive24 Content may only be available to you if you:
– register a rugbylive24 account, by providing your details or by using an account you already hold with a third party platform or other partner (“rugbylive24 Account”)
1.4 You must be aged 18 years (or the age of majority in your territory of residence if more than 18 years old) or older to register a rugbylive24 Account.
2. Supported devices and updates
2.1 Availability and functionality of the Service, your rugbylive24 Content depends on the quality of your internet connection and device capabilities. Some features may not be available on all devices or on all operating systems. Please visit the FAQs to see the full list of supported devices and operating system requirements.
2.2 To get the best experience, we recommend that you accept any updates to the Service as and when they become available. This may also require you to update your device operating system. As and when new operating systems and devices are released, we may over time stop supporting older versions. You should regularly check the Service to see the full list of currently supported devices and operating system requirements.
2.3 Your use of any updates, modifications to, or replacement versions of the Service will be governed by these Terms & Conditions and any additional terms you agree to when you install such update, modification, or replacement version.
3. Your data usage
You are responsible for all internet access, mobile data or other charges incurred when using the Service. Remember that streaming and downloading audio-visual content such as videos and games can use up a lot of data.
4. Content changes
4.1 As we mentioned above when describing the Service at section 1.2, the rugbylive24 Content will change regularly – that means exciting events, programmes, channels etc. may become available whilst other events, programmes, channels etc. will stop being available.
4.2 The availability of rugbylive24 Content may change for various reasons, such as where third party rights-holders withdraw or restrict our right to use that content on the Service, or for legal or regulatory reasons.
4.3 We provide the Service on an ongoing basis and we cannot foresee what may change in the future. This means we may make changes to rugbylive24 Content other than those set out in these Terms & Conditions.
4.4 Note that we may not be able to notify you in advance for every change in rugbylive24 Content. You should check the programme guide on the Website and app for details on the availability of SportsTribal Content.
5. Changes to the Service
5.1 Free access:
(a) We may make changes to or discontinue the free elements of the Service at any time without giving you any notice.
(b) This includes any parts of the Service that you can access as an unregistered guest and as a rugbylive24 Account holder. Such changes may be made (for example): when we have to remove certain features or functionality and/or stop allowing certain devices or platforms from being able to access the free parts of the Service. We may also improve, update or enhance the free aspects of the Service from time to time.
5.2 This section 5 does not apply to immaterial changes to any part of the Service which do not impede your use of the Service, including (without limitation) mere design changes or changes to SportsTribal Content falling within section 4.
6. Ownership
6.1 The Service and all rugbylive24 Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and/or other proprietary intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to us.
6.2 rugbylive24 has obtained non-exclusive, royalty free licences and agreements for use of all 3rd party logos, graphics, channels and content within the rugbylive24 service and associated distribution including but not limited to: websites, social media, applications, app stores, advertising and marketing.
6.3 You have no intellectual property rights in, or to, the Service, the SportsTribal Content other than the right to use them in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
6.4 You may not remove, alter or in any way tamper with any copyright notices or other proprietary markings included in the Service or any rugbylive24 Content. Any copying, access, transfer, public performance or communication to the public or other use of the Service, the SportsTribal Content other than as expressly authorised by your local law or these Terms & Conditions shall constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property rights and a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of such infringement, we, or one of our affiliated companies, may, without notice or prior intervention of a court or arbitral body, block your access to the Service and terminate any SportsTribal Account you may have and pursue any rights or remedies available to us.
7. Your use of the Service
7.1 You confirm that: (a) any information and details provided by you to us, including on registration of a rugbylive24 Account, are true, accurate and up to date in all respects and at all times; (b) you will at all times comply with these Terms & Conditions; and (c) you will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way which infringes the rights of anyone else.
7.2 You must not transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive or otherwise objectionable in relation to your use of the Service, the rugbylive24 Content.
7.3 The Service, the rugbylive24 Content are licensed to you (not sold) for your personal and non-commercial use only. While you are using the Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, licence to access the SportsTribal Content and stream, download, temporarily store and view the rugbylive24 Content. Except for the limited licence granted to you in these Terms & Conditions, no right, title or interest in the Service, the rugbylive24 Content shall be transferred to you.
7.4 You must not, and must not allow third parties to: (a) access, view and/or purchase the rugbylive24 Content using a virtual proxy network; (b) display, perform, publish, license, offer for sale, make and/or distribute copies of the Service, the rugbylive24 Content, including in any public place; (c) attempt to copy, reproduce, alter, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, transfer, exchange or translate the Service, rugbylive24 Content except as permitted by applicable law; (d) create derivative works of the Service, the SportsTribal Content of any kind whatsoever; (e) use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, “robots”, “spiders”, “offline readers” or the like that access the Website in a manner that sends more requests or messages to the Service in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional online web browser; (f) collect or harvest, by any means, any personal data of any user of the Service (including any account name); or (g) circumvent, remove, alter, deactivate, degrade or thwart any of the content protections in the Service or the SportsTribal Content.
7.5 The Service may include hyperlinks to other websites that are not owned or controlled by us.
(a) We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the availability, content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites.
(b) You acknowledge and agree that we will not be liable for any loss or damage which may be incurred by you as a result of the availability of those external third party sites or resources, or as a result of any reliance placed by you on the completeness, accuracy or existence of any advertising, products or other materials on, or available from, such websites or resources.
7.6 We encourage you to be aware when you leave the Service and to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of each other website that you visit.
8. Privacy
Any personal information you supply to us or that we collect from you when using the Service will be used by us in the ways set out in our Privacy Policy which also includes our Cookie Policy (see section 4 within our Privacy Policy).
9. Our liability to you
9.1 We accept liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of our employees and agents. We do not seek to exclude or limit liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct or gross negligence by us or our employees or agents.
9.2 If we breach these Terms & Conditions we will only be liable for losses which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of that breach. Losses are foreseeable where they are obvious, or both you knew they might happen at the time of you agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.
9.3 We are not responsible for:
(a) any use of the Service or rugbylive24 Content which isn’t authorised by us;
(b) any malfunction or interruption to the Service or rugbylive24 Content due to unforeseeable circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling our obligations to you. This could be due to things such as lightning, flood, severe weather, fire, explosion, terrorist activities, epidemic, riots, war, anything done by a government or other public authority, or strikes or other industrial action;
(c) any lack of functionality or failure to provide any part of the Service or the rugbylive24 Content, or any loss of other content or data that is due to:
(i) your equipment, devices, operating system or internet connection (including malware, viruses or bugs originating from third parties or on any of your devices);
(ii) your failure to download any update or the most recent published version of the Service, or to meet the compatibility requirements; or
(iii) the consequences of you changing your equipment, device, operating system or internet connection;
(d) incompatibility of the Service or rugbylive24 Content with any other software or hardware (including any of your devices) as explained in our FAQs; and
(e) any act or default of any third party supplier, device manufacturer or provider of a device operating system, which are beyond our reasonable control.
9.4 You have certain statutory rights under the applicable laws of your territory. Nothing in these Terms & Condions Use is intended to affect these statutory rights. For more information about your statutory rights contact your local consumer organisation.
9.5 Apart from liability arising in respect of the circumstances set out in section 8.1 (which is unlimited), to the fullest extent permitted under local law, in no event shall our total liability to you for all damages arising from your use of the Service or the SportsTribal Content exceed the amount you have paid for SportsTribal.
9.6 We can’t guarantee that the Service or the rugbylive24 Content will be free from bugs or errors or that your access will be free from interruptions (for example there may be downtime for maintenance or updates or any power or server outages or other reasons outside our control), however where we are made aware of technical issues then we will always try to fix them.
10. Changes to these Terms & Conditions
10.1 We have the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time for the following reasons:
(a) to improve the Terms & Conditions, to make our Terms & Conditions clearer or easier to understand or to have all our customers on the same Terms & Conditions;
(b) to comply with legal or regulatory requirements, such as mandatory laws that apply to us and our agreement with you, or where we are subject to a court order or judgment;
(c) to provide you with additional information about the Service;
(d) where we make changes to the Service in order to improve it, including where we expand the scope of the Service by adding additional features, functionality or Content;
(e) we intend to change the way we structure our Service or we reorganise the way we structure or run our business; or
(f) for security reasons, including where we introduce additional security checks or software to protect our Content or the Service.
10.2 In addition, we provide the Service on an ongoing basis and we cannot foresee what may change in the future. This means we may make changes or additions to these Terms & Conditions for reasons other than those set out above.
10.3 The most up to date Terms & Conditions will always be available on the Service.
11. Transfer of rights
The agreement between us and you, is personal to you, and no third party is entitled to benefit under it. You agree we can transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms & Conditions to any company, firm or person provided that your rights under this agreement and your access to he Service will not be adversely affected as a result of such transfer. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions to anyone else.
12. Severance
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be treated as removed and the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall not be affected.
13. Waiver
To the extent we fail to or decide not to exercise any right of claim against you to which we are entitled, this will not constitute a waiver of that right unless otherwise indicated to you in writing.
14. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. However, these terms will not limit any consumer protection rights that you may be entitled to under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
14.1 If you live in the UK, you will only be able to bring a claim related to or arising from these Terms & Conditions in the courts of England and Wales. If you do not live in the UK, you can bring a claim in the courts of your territory of residence.

If you have any complaint please speak to us first, by contacting us using the details below. In addition, during the transitional period following the UK leaving the European Union, please note that disputes may be submitted for online resolution to the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (“ODR”) platform available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We do not currently use alternative dispute resolution (“ADR”), including through the ODR platform, as a means of settling consumer complaints.
